Artificial Intelligence (AI) Associate (WFH)

At i-SmokeStack, we're looking for an AI Associate who is curious, resourceful, and excited about exploring how artificial intelligence can solve real business problems.

This isn't a role where you simply use ChatGPT to generate content. We want someone who can think beyond prompts, experiment with tools, identify opportunities, and turn AI capabilities into practical solutions.

You don't need to know everything about AI, but you should have the curiosity to explore, the ability to figure things out, and the ownership to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

A. AI Research & Exploration:

1. Research and experiment with emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies.

2. Identify AI solutions that can improve business processes and productivity.

3. Compare different AI tools based on capabilities, effectiveness, and business requirements.

4. Stay updated with developments in AI, automation, and AI agents.

B. AI Implementation & Automation:

1. Identify repetitive tasks and explore opportunities for automation.

2. Build and implement AI-assisted workflows using available tools and platforms.

3. Experiment with no-code and low-code automation tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n.

4. Support AI integration into existing business processes and systems.

5. Test AI solutions and continuously improve their performance.

C. Prompt Engineering & AI Workflows:

1. Develop, test, and optimize prompts for different business applications.

2. Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and AI-assisted workflows.

3. Experiment with AI agents and multi-step automated processes.

4. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usefulness.

D. Business Problem-Solving:

1. Understand operational challenges across different departments.

2. Explore how AI can support marketing, sales, HR, operations, and project management.

3. Recommend practical AI solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

4. Take ownership of assigned problems, from research and experimentation to implementation.

E. Testing, Documentation & Improvement:

1. Test AI tools and workflows before implementation.

2. Identify errors, limitations, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Document processes, workflows, and implementation steps.

4. Track the effectiveness of implemented AI solutions.

5. Share findings, learnings, and recommendations with the team.

- 3. Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- 4. Interest in automation tools, AI agents, and emerging technologies.
- 5. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- 6. Ability to independently explore tools and learn new technologies.
- 7. Good communication and documentation skills.
- 8. A practical mindset focused on execution rather than just ideas.
- 9. Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- 10. Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- 11. Experience working on personal AI projects, experiments, or prototypes.
