Solution Architect – AI / GenAI (Salesforce / ServiceNow)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce or ServiceNow ecosystems , combined with strong experience in AI/GenAI implementations . This role will focus on designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI integrations for Field Service and Customer Service workflows.
Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into Salesforce / ServiceNow platforms

- Lead implementation of RAG pipelines , LLM-based workflows, and NLP-driven automation

- Architect scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems

- Define and implement AI guardrails , governance, and responsible AI practices

- Work with MCP protocols, tool orchestration, and agent-based systems

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver enterprise solutions

- Drive solution design workshops, customer demos, and technical discovery sessions

- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of deployed solutions

Required Qualifications

- 8–15+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise systems

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud / Field Service) or ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM / FSM)

- Proven experience in AI/GenAI implementations (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)

- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs and microservices

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems

- Experience with data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with enterprise stakeholders
