Appointment Setter

Position Overview

We are looking for an Appointment Setter who can confidently engage business owners, build meaningful conversations, and create qualified sales opportunities for our team.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for prospective child care centers and nursery businesses interested in growing their enrollment. You will identify opportunities, qualify prospective clients, build rapport with decision-makers, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.

Your success will directly contribute to helping child care businesses grow while supporting the continued expansion of Childcare Marketing Group. This is more than a call-making role—it's about opening doors, building trust, and creating opportunities that lead to long-term client relationships.
Compensation

- Salary Band: $800 per month

- Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn a discretionary year-end performance bonus based on individual contributions, overall performance, and company results.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will develop a strong understanding of our ideal clients, confidently communicate our value proposition, and consistently deliver qualified appointments to the sales team. Ongoing, you will be measured on:

- Qualified Appointments: Consistently schedule high-quality appointments with decision-makers who meet our qualification criteria.

- Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.

- Prospect Engagement: Build trust with business owners by understanding their challenges and positioning our solutions effectively.

- CRM Accuracy: Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date prospect records, communications, and follow-up activities.

- Conversion Support: Provide the sales team with well-qualified opportunities that improve appointment attendance and sales conversion rates.

- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute ideas to improve outreach messaging, scripts, processes, and appointment conversion.
