APPOINTMENT SETTER & CLIENT FOLLOW-UP VA

Are you confident on the phone, personable, energetic, and someone who genuinely loves talking to people?

Gr8 VAs is looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter to support one of our clients with lead follow-up, outbound calls, appointment setting, and light administrative work.

What You’ll Do

• Call and follow up with leads

• Follow a provided script while still sounding natural and personable

• Build rapport and confidently guide conversations

• Schedule appointments and keep follow-up organized

• Handle light admin tasks related to appointment setting

• Potentially take on additional administrative responsibilities as the client’s needs grow

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has excellent spoken English

• Is confident, energetic, and professional on the phone

• LOVES talking to people and making calls

• Can follow a script without sounding robotic

• Presents themselves professionally

• Is honest, loyal, coachable, and dependable

• Has strong attendance and takes their schedule seriously

• Wants a stable, long-term opportunity and is ready to grow with a client

Work-From-Home Requirements

💻 Your own reliable laptop/computer

🌐 Stable, dependable internet connection

⚡ A backup plan for power or internet outages — such as mobile data, backup power, or another reliable location where you can continue working

Compensation & Growth

💰 Starting Rate: $5/hour

If your expected rate is higher than $5/hour, please let us know. We are happy to discuss it with the client when your requested rate is supported by strong experience and excellent skills.

For VAs who move into a full-time role:

• Medical insurance eligibility after 6 months of full-time employment
