Appointment Setter – Life & Health Insurance Leads (US Financial Services Client)

Gr8 VAs is hiring an Appointment Setter to call warm leads and set appointments for a US-based financial services client. This isn't a script-reading job. You need to actually know how to talk to people. The role: You'll be calling leads who requested info on life or health insurance, some of whom won't remember signing up. You'll need to re-engage them, handle objections, and set the appointment, all while sounding natural, not scripted. Some calls will go off-script. You'll need the judgment to know how to respond in the moment and keep ownership of the call. Who thrives here: Prior experience as an appointment setter — required Fluent, natural English, not robotic or overly rehearsed Can follow a script but isn't glued to it, handles objections and out-of-script questions with ease Owns the call, doesn't get flustered when a lead pushes back or doesn't remember opting in Speaks clearly and confidently, builds quick rapport with strangers on the phone Comfortable being persistent without being pushy Strong organizational skills and follows instructions and schedules closely Picks up new tools and processes fast Why VAs stay with us: Weekly check-ins with your Account Manager, so you're never left guessing Ongoing access to trackers and training videos Performance feedback and retraining if you need it Compensation: 20 hrs/week: $400/month, 1 client 30 hrs/week: $600/month, 1 client 40 hrs/week: $800/month, 1 full-time client or up to 2 part-time clients Paid bi-monthly via Wise US time zone hours (EST/CST) Grow with us: Insurance eligibility at 6 months for Full-Time VAs, discretionary annual performance based increases, and a performance-based Christmas bonus.
