Recruiting Specialist – Insurance Agent Screener (US Financial Services Client

Gr8 VAs is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to screen insurance agent applicants by phone for a US-based financial services client. This isn't a script-reading job. The role: You'll be on the phone conducting screening calls with insurance agent candidates, asking the right questions, reading between the lines, and moving the right people forward. Some calls will go off-script. You'll need the judgment to know how to respond in the moment, when to be warm and empathetic, and when to keep things moving.
