About Us

SoHa Living is an established Hawaiʻi-based lifestyle and retail brand specializing in island-inspired home decor, gifts, accessories, and children's products.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Amazon Store & Print-on-Demand (POD) Specialist to help us launch and grow our presence on Amazon.

Our goal is to create a beautifully branded Amazon storefront featuring products manufactured and shipped through print-on-demand partners, without the need for us to hold inventory.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of this project, recommend the best solutions, and manage the technical setup and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Store Setup & Management

- Set up and configure our Amazon Seller Central account.

- Assist with Amazon Brand Registry and create a professional SoHa Living Amazon Brand Store.

- Build branded storefront pages, product categories, and collections with the help of our design team.

- Configure shipping, returns, and account settings.

- Ensure our store and listings follow Amazon's policies.

Print-on-Demand Integration

- Research and recommend the best POD suppliers, including Printify, Printful, and other suitable providers.

- Connect POD suppliers to Amazon Seller Central.

- Set up automated order processing and fulfillment wherever supported.

- Research product costs, shipping fees, Amazon referral fees, and profit margins.

- Troubleshoot integrations and fulfillment issues.

- Identify new POD products that align with our brand and have strong sales potential.

Product Creation & Listings

- Work with our existing graphic design team to transform our artwork into sellable POD products.

- Set up products such as decorative pillows, wall art, mugs, tote bags, apparel, journals, and other suitable merchandise.

- Prepare product mockups and listing images.

- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.

- Research competing products, pricing, and market demand.

- Organize listings into appropriate Amazon categories.

Amazon SEO & Sales Growth

- Conduct keyword research to improve organic product visibility.

- Identify profitable product categories and market opportunities.

- Recommend pricing strategies.

- Monitor traffic, conversions, sales, and profitability.

- Recommend and help manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns when appropriate.

- Continuously optimize listings based on performance.

Ongoing Operations

- Monitor order processing, shipping, and fulfillment.

- Resolve POD supplier and integration issues.

- Monitor Amazon account health and listing compliance.

- Provide regular progress and performance reports.

- Suggest new products and opportunities to grow the business.

Required Qualifications

- Previous hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

- Experience creating or managing Amazon Brand Stores.

- Proven experience with Printify, Printful, or similar POD platforms.

- Experience integrating POD suppliers with Amazon.

- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, product listings, and keyword research.

- Familiarity with Amazon fees, fulfillment policies, and profit calculations.

- Strong English communication skills.

- Excellent organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience launching an Amazon store from scratch.

- Experience with home decor, gifts, stationery, or lifestyle products.

- Experience with Amazon PPC advertising.

- Familiarity with Amazon KDP and Merch on Demand.

- Experience working with U.S.-based e-commerce brands.

- Experience managing large product catalogs.

Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT.
