About the Role

SoHa Living and SoHa Keiki are looking for a creative, highly organized Social Media & Community Manager to oversee and grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook , with TikTok to be added in the future.

This person will own the social media strategy, content calendar, promotions, community engagement, analytics, and coordination of the team members who support graphics and customer communication.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, has strong social media instincts, understands trends and music, and consistently brings new ideas for growing our audience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and manage a rolling 4-week social media calendar for SoHa Living and SoHa Keiki.

-Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and Facebook content.

-Write or approve captions, select music, tag products, and ensure posts are published correctly.

-Create a distinct social media strategy and personality for each brand.

-Develop creative promotions and giveaways around new collections, holidays, launches, and seasonal events.

-Grow our organic following through thoughtful engagement with customers, creators, local businesses, and relevant accounts.

-Repost and organize customer-generated content.

-Manage an employee content creator program, offering gifted products or small gift cards for approved short-form videos.

-Provide employees with clear video guidelines and turn raw footage into usable social content.

-Oversee the team member responsible for social media DMs and comments, ensuring customer inquiries are handled properly.

-Coordinate with the graphics team and provide clear, advance requests for upcoming campaigns and posts.

-Maintain an inspiration library of trends, Reel ideas, music, promotions, and content concepts.

-Manage our Vista Social account, including scheduling, approvals, analytics, inbox monitoring, and reporting.

-Review analytics regularly and use performance data to improve future content.

-Help coordinate paid social campaigns and boosted posts.

-Develop relationships with creators and influencers who are a strong fit for the brands.

-Eventually help launch and manage TikTok.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Highly creative and organized

Proactive and self-directed

Experienced with Instagram, Facebook , Reels, and short-form video

Strong at planning content in advance

Comfortable managing multiple brands and team members

A strong visual storyteller with excellent writing skills

Knowledgeable about social media trends, music, and emerging content formats

Comfortable using analytics to improve performance

Familiar with Canva, Figma, Vista Social, or similar tools

Experienced in retail, lifestyle, fashion, kids, or consumer brands is a plus

A degree is less important to us than creativity, experience, organization, initiative, and demonstrated results.

Most importantly, we want someone who will take ownership of our social media presence and actively help grow the SoHa Living and SoHa Keiki communities.

Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT.
