Job Title: AI Trainer – Banking Sector (Employee Enablement)
Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Trainer to conduct hands-on training programs for employees in the banking and financial services sector . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical AI tools and practical banking operations, empowering staff to confidently use AI tools for productivity, customer service, compliance, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on AI tools, Generative AI (like ChatGPT), RPA, analytics dashboards, and industry-specific use cases.

- Customize AI education modules for departments such as retail banking, risk and compliance, customer service, operations, and loan departments.

- Demonstrate real-world AI applications in banking: customer query handling, KYC automation, document summarization, fraud alerts, lead generation, etc.

- Provide hands-on exercises and interactive workshops using actual tools or simulated environments.

- Train employees on ethical AI usage, prompt engineering, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements.

- Gather feedback and continually improve training materials to meet evolving employee skill levels.

- Create quick reference guides, video tutorials, and post-training support materials .

- Collaborate with internal IT, digital transformation, and HR departments to schedule and manage training programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in AI/Tech training, corporate learning, or L&D roles (preferably in BFSI).

- Deep understanding of AI use cases in banking operations.

- Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Bard, Copilot, Notion AI, RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate), and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

- Prior experience training teams in BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech domains.

- Exposure to compliance frameworks like RBI guidelines, GDPR, or ISO 27001.

- Certification in Instructional Design, AI, or Learning & Development.
