Asan AISolutionsProductOwner ,youwillownthevision,roadmap,prioritization,andsuccessfuldeliveryofAI-poweredproductsandinternalplatformswithintheEchezportfolio,includingsolutionssuchas Xales andfutureAI-enabledcapabilities.

You will workattheintersectionofbusiness,technology,customerexperience,andinnovation,translatingcomplexbusinessneedsintoscalableproducts,features,andAI-drivensolutions.

Thisrolerequiressomeonewhocaneffectivelycollaboratewithleadership,engineering,AIspecialists,operations,marketing,sales,andcustomerswhileensuringthatproductinvestmentsgeneratemeaningfuloutcomes,measurableadoption,andlong-termbusinessvalue.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of overall professional experience.

- 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar product leadership roles for SaaS, cloud, data, or AI-enabled solutions.

- Experience working within Agile environments and leading multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Zoho CRM.

- Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, and release planning.

- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts, including Generative AI, NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, AI Agents, and multi-agent architectures.

- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern software ecosystems.

- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI governance, Responsible AI principles, and AI product evaluation.

- Experience creating user journeys, customer experiences, sales funnels, and process automation workflows.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, Trello, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.

- Startup, high-growth technology, or innovation-related experience is highly desirable.

- Professional fluency in English is required.

What You'll Do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered products and digital platforms.

- Translate customer, business, operational, and compliance needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

- Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer value.

- Collaborate with engineering, AI, architecture, operations, security, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product releases.

- Lead discovery activities, customer interviews, market research, experimentation, and product validation initiatives.

- Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks for new capabilities.

- Design and optimize AI-enabled customer experiences, workflows, and business processes.

- Ensure product documentation, requirements, ar
