🧭 Navigating the position: AI Product Manager As an AI Product Manager at OneOcean , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our AI-powered solutions across our existing product portfolio, spanning Human Capital Management (HCM), Technical Ship & Crew Management (TSCM) and Voyage Compliance & Performance Management.

You will be responsible for identifying where artificial intelligence and machine learning can add the greatest value to our customers and working cross-functionally to bring them to market. From predictive maintenance insights and intelligent crew management to voyage optimisation and automated compliance monitoring, you will help ensure OneOcean remains at the forefront of maritime digital innovation.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the company – including engineering, data science, design, commercial and domain experts – to define and prioritise product initiatives, ensuring that we deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive both customer satisfaction and financial results. Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the AI product roadmap across HCM, TSCM & VCPM product lines, and own the delivery prioritised AI features and capabilities within.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities to embed AI and machine learning capabilities into existing OneOcean solutions, prioritising initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility and commercial value

- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

- Engage directly with customers, end users and internal maritime domain experts to deeply understand workflows, pain points and opportunities where AI can drive measurable improvements

- Champion a data-driven approach to product development, defining key metrics and success criteria for AI features and continuously measuring outcomes against them

- Work with UX and design teams to ensure AI-powered features are intuitive, transparent and trusted by maritime professionals both on board and ashore

- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, large language models, predictive analytics and maritime technology, bringing outside-in thinking to the OneOcean product strategy

- Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to articul
