βοΈ Key Qualifications of the AI Engineer π
β‘οΈ 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate)
β‘οΈ Strong knowledge of API integration principles (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON)
β‘οΈ Experience automating across tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs.
β‘οΈ Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools)
β‘οΈ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to reliability
β‘οΈ Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
β‘οΈ Strong organizational skills and ability to map and optimize workflows end-to-end.

- Design, implement, and optimize automations using tools like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
- Build reliable integrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, WhatsApp, CRMs, and more
- Ensure automations are error-resilient, scalable, and proactively monitored with smart error handling and notifications

π€ AI-Powered Development
- Develop AI-driven workflows such as transcription pipelines, chatbots, meeting assistants, and voice-to-form solutions
- Leverage APIs like OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, and Read AI to deliver intelligent user experiences
- Fine-tune, prompt, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for task-specific use cases (e.g., summarization, classification, Q&A)
- Design and deploy AI assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent search tools that improve user experience

- Create and maintain data dashboards and automated reporting pipelines using AirTable, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and Sheets/Excel
- Ensure data accuracy and visibility across teams and projects
