The Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an 12-month full time program designed for working adults. The ABA Program mission is to prepare students to be professionally competent, compassionate, and ethical practitioners of applied behavior analysis who work with individuals diagnosed with disabilities and their families.

Application Description:
Applicants to this position will be considered for a candidate pool encompassing one or more of the subject areas outlined in the job description. This pool will be used to identify qualified candidates for potential appointments during the 2026–2027 academic year.

Salary Range: $26 - $31 hourly (based on course requirements & level of education). This is a temporary, non-benefits eligible role.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:

-
Doctoral or Master degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

- Board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)[

Experience:
- Appropriate experience with teaching graduate courses in applied behavior analysis

Certifications, Licenses, etc.:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Description : This course examines the historical, theoretical, and philosophical foundations of behaviorism and behavior analysis. Students will develop a conceptual understanding of key theories used to explain human behavior, with emphasis on the principles underlying behavior analytic practice. The course also provides an overview of the historical evolution of behavior analysis and its impact on contemporary applications.
