The Role

As a member of Fidelity'sActive Trader Servicesteam, you will support some of Fidelity's most active and sophisticated traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions. You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support that help clients make informed investment decisions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will alsoidentifyopportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investing needs.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

- Series 7 licenserequired.

- Series 63 licenserequired.

- Series 4 license preferred.

- Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, ora related field.

- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.

- Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.

- Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.

- Demonstrated ability toidentifyclient needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.

- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
