Activation Specialist (Mekari Klikpajak)

Job Description:

- Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirements.

- Provide product training to users.

- Provide consultancy for a client about best practice Tax Software.

- Maintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.

- Support and provide solutions to clients’ issues.

- Gather client’s information and implement them to the system.

- Assist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features.

- Regularly report to the manager about client’s needs and problems.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Tax or equivalent.

- Having a Brevet Certification is a plus point.

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients.

- Fast learner and independent.

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Able to work under pressure.
