Accounting Associate Director (Fully remote, Malaysia, 14, MY)

Position Overview:

- Individuals are expert in their subject area and have working knowledge of related subject areas.

- They manage a team and large scale projects.

- They may lead or guide others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department.

- Develops project plans and schedules, including requirements, tasks, work assignments, resources, milestones, review points and reporting of project status.

- Responsible for preparation of dashboard and management reporting.

- Assist Auditors by providing requisite supporting documents.

- Analyzes and prepares financial reports for leadership including identification of issues and trends.

- Develops models, designs report and gathers information from systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification

- Minimum working experience of 8+ years, preferably in an accounting firm and/or MNC

- Excellent communication skills & proficient in English

- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc). Oracle & SAP user knowledge is an added advantage.

- Exert knowledge of relevant accounting practices and principles.

- Possess strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skill.

- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.

- Advanced oral, written and presentation skills.

- Ability to train and mentor others.

- Results oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player.

- Able to lead & work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.

- Advanced business partnering skill.
