🔥 What You’ll Own
Accounts Receivable & Invoicing

- Process and issue invoices accurately and on time

- Manage:

- accounts receivable

- payment follow-ups

- collections tracking

- Monitor:

- aging reports

- outstanding balances

- payment schedules

- Confirm incoming payments and maintain accurate records

- Support healthy cash flow through proactive collections and tracking

Cash Flow & Financial Operations

- Monitor:

- cash flow activity

- payment schedules

- transaction activity

- Track:

- incoming payments

- outgoing transactions

- banking activity

- Maintain organized financial trackers and operational reports

- Support treasury coordination and banking workflows

- Provide leadership visibility into:

- liquidity

- receivables

- operational finance priorities

Accounting Systems & Process Improvement

- Support migration from QuickBooks to modern accounting platforms

- Improve workflows using:

- automation tools

- AI-assisted accounting systems

- digital financial processes

- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements

- Help streamline:

- reporting

- reconciliations

- payment tracking

- invoicing workflows

- financial operations

Reporting & Financial Organization

- Prepare:

- financial summaries

- operational reports

- receivables reports

- cash flow updates

- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation

- Ensure accuracy across:

- accounting systems

- spreadsheets

- financial records

- Support compliance and process consistency

Technology & Automation

- Utilize automation and AI tools to improve accounting efficiency

- Support digital workflows across:

- banking

- reporting

- invoicing

- Contribute to modernization and optimization initiatives

- Help improve visibility and scalability across accounting systems

💻 Required Experience & Skills
Experience

- 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- QuickBooks

- accounts receivable

- invoicing

- payment tracking

- financial reporting

Core Skills

- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

- Experience with:

- digital banking platforms

- payment processing systems

- financial tracking workflows

- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

- Strong written and verbal English communication

- Comfortable working directly with U.S.-based leadership teams

- Ability to work independently in remote environments

- Availability during U.S. business hours
