Account Manager- Cleveland, OH

We are seeking an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our regional accounts. As a customer-facing role, the Account Manager will identify new opportunities to drive incremental sales while building strong, consultative relationships. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the full range of TPC Packaging Solutions products and services, and the ability to clearly articulate how they can add value to each client’s business.
Essential Functions:

Build and maintain strong client relationships advising on TPCs products and services

Oversee vendor‑managed inventory programs to maintain accurate stock levels and smooth flow cycles

Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Converting) to support customer needs

Partner with the Business Development Manager to execute strategic initiatives

Prepare monthly reports on prospects, projects, and account activity for Sales leadership

Conduct quarterly business review presentations with top clients.

Support accounting with collections and resolve customer escalations promptly

Contribute to marketing initiatives and overall business growth strategy

Deliver annual partnership highlight reports to showcase customer activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or account management.

Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively

Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop strategic plans

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Experience in packaging industry a plus
