Account Manager

And we’re looking for an Account Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Oversee and manage VAs during the assigned working hours.

- Ensure daily sourcing goals are being reached.

- Assist with sourcing activities as needed.

- Help standardize and establish procedures for the department.

- Support the team in maintaining consistent processes and achieving department goals.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of management experience; 4 years preferred
• E-commerce background is preferred but not required

• Good English communication skills

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to oversee VAs and ensure daily goals are met
• Ability to assist with sourcing as needed
• Ability to help standardize and improve department processes

Technical Requirements:

- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

- PHP 39,000.00 – PHP 42,000.00
