12_Bilingual Dispatcher / Scheduler
Description
Bilingual Dispatcher / Scheduler
About the role
We are hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) dispatchers to work 100% remotely from Mexico for home-service and construction contractors in the US (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping).
Cobalto Talent connects Mexican professionals with small and mid-sized U.S. companies. We are building a pre-qualified talent bench for upcoming client placements; qualified candidates join the bench and are presented to clients as positions open.
You will be the voice of the company on the phone: you book jobs, keep technicians and crews on schedule, and make sure every customer knows when someone is coming.
What you will do
- Answer inbound customer calls, texts and emails; book service appointments and estimates.
- Build and adjust the daily schedule for technicians and crews in the field service software.
- Dispatch jobs, track arrival times and update customers on delays or changes.
- Coordinate with Spanish-speaking crews and English-speaking customers, translating details accurately.
- Confirm next-day appointments and follow up on open estimates.
- Keep job records complete: notes, photos, parts used, invoices ready for billing.
- Escalate emergencies, complaints and scheduling conflicts to the owner or operations lead.
What you bring
Must have
- 2+ years in dispatch, scheduling, customer service or a call center.
- Advanced spoken English (B2+): you can handle an upset customer by phone without a script.
- Native or fluent Spanish.
- Comfortable juggling calls, messages and a live schedule at the same time.
- Strong typing and clear written English for texts and job notes.
Nice to have
- Experience with field service software: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or similar.
- Experience with U.S. home-service, construction or logistics companies.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or electrical terminology.
- QuickBooks or invoicing experience.
