This is a remote position.

About the Role

As a Work-From-Home Administrative Coordinator, you'll help keep our organization running smoothly by supporting daily operations, coordinating administrative activities, and helping ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.

This role requires someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of their work. You'll work closely with team members across the organization and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day activities that help our business succeed.
Responsibilities
On any given day, you may be:

- Coordinating administrative and operational activities across the organization

- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members

- Supporting team member onboarding and placement activities

- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and databases

- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities

- Monitoring ongoing operational needs and helping ensure tasks are completed on time

- Assisting with workforce coordination and service delivery logistics

- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care

- Supporting internal projects, initiatives, and process improvements

- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive experience for clients and stakeholders

- Preparing reports, tracking information, and maintaining operational workflows

- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance service quality

- Providing administrative support to departmental leadership as required
