Visual Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is the visual design seat at a fintech startup building trust infrastructure for businesses. Sitting within the Design team, you will own the visual language across sales materials, web, content, and social, and your work will directly shape how the company is perceived by enterprise customers and the broader market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and templates that support enterprise deal-closing.

- Produce LinkedIn visuals, graphics, and templates that amplify the company's messaging and content strategy.

- Build hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for the website and landing pages.

- Create icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.

- Translate complex ideas into diagrams and charts that clarify rather than decorate.

- Own and evolve the visual language across all shipped assets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a visual designer producing marketing collateral, web graphics, or design assets.

- Demonstrated ability to design and ship visual assets at speed, including sales decks, web visuals, icons, and illustrations.

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong proficiency in Figma for web-based design work.

- Experience designing within established brand guidelines and visual systems without requiring brand overhauls.

- Experience creating data visualizations, diagrams, and infographics that communicate complex information clearly.

- Experience designing marketing and sales materials such as decks, one-pagers, and landing pages.

- Experience creating social media graphics and visual content, particularly for LinkedIn.

- Active curiosity about AI design tools, with hands-on experience integrating them into your workflow.

- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a strong plus.

- Available to work remotely within an EU-compatible timezone.

LOCATION

Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere within the EU. Primary reference location is Austria. Visa sponsorship is not available.
