Visual Designer

99BrightMinds provides digital transformation and technology staffing services, helping organizations build and scale through offshore development centers, managed software teams, IT staff augmentation, and CTO advisory services. As part of a business that supports technology and growth, this role contributes to how the brand is presented across client-facing and internal materials.

We are seeking a creative Visual Designer to produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. This is a visual and brand design role, not a UI/UX or product design role.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual content for digital, social media, marketing, and print channels.
- Create campaign assets, presentations, brochures, banners, and other branded materials.
- Develop visual concepts from creative briefs and turn them into polished designs.
- Apply brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver work on time.
- Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production.
- Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in visual, graphic or brand design.
- Strong portfolio showing visual design work across digital and print.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color and composition.
- Ability to work from briefs and follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in visual or brand design rather than UI/UX or product design.

Nice to Have
- Experience designing Arabic and English materials.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
- Experience working in an agency or a corporate marketing team.
