- Manage a portfolio of LatAm VIP clients and provide personalized support to each user;

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of service;

- Welcome new VIP clients, re-engage inactive users, and maintain accurate client records.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

- Previous experience in VIP account management, customer support, sales, or a similar client-facing role;

- Strong English communication skills - Upper Intermediate level;

- Spanish will be a plus but not mandatory;

- Experience managing client requests independently and handling multiple priorities;

- Ability to build client relationships and provide personalized support;

- Experience working in the iGaming industry.
