US Experienced Bookkeeper (Multiple client)

We're looking for an experienced full-time accountant who is excited to work with highly automated accounting workflows using Grok, Claude Code, and our own proprietary accounting software.

This is a VERY communication-heavy role. You will speak directly with US business owners via voice and video calls daily, so excellent spoken English is absolutely essential.

Requirements:

- C1/C2 English proficiency (mandatory).

- Several years of experience managing 10+ US accounting clients simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of US bookkeeping and accounting practices.

- Comfortable learning and working with AI-powered accounting tools.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

We welcome qualified applicants and look forward to meeting you! However, our requirements are strict, especially regarding English proficiency and US accounting experience.

If your English is not C1/C2 level, please do not apply. Your spoken English will be evaluated during a live interview, and applicants who do not meet this requirement will be immediately rejected.

Important: To help us manage the hundreds of applications we receive, applicants who knowingly misrepresent their English proficiency or US accounting experience may be reported to the platform and receive a negative review or 1-star rating where permitted.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with someone who meets these qualifications!
