We are looking for an experienced Technical Artist to join the development of a mobile multiplayer shooter featuring a Battle Royale mode for iOS and Android.

In this role, you will focus on performance optimization, rendering, shaders, and asset efficiency to ensure stable performance and high visual quality across a wide range of mobile devices. You will work closely with artists and engineers, helping bridge art and technology, improve content pipelines, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and support the development team with technical and programming tasks.

We are looking for someone with strong Unity expertise, hands-on profiling and optimization experience, and a solid understanding of real-time rendering and mobile hardware constraints.
What we’re looking for:

+5 years of experience in the gaming industry

-
Proven experience as a Technical Artist, preferably in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating performance optimization skills

Proficiency in Unity game engine, and experience with profiling tools like PIX, RenderDoc, or similar

- Experience in C#, C++ programming

Experience with shaders programming languages such as HLSL, GLSL

Experience with Shader Graph in Unity engine.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience optimizing games for a wide range of Android and iOS devices.

Nice to have:

-
Previous experience working on mobile shooters, multiplayer games, or Battle Royale projects.

Understanding of performance considerations specific to real-time multiplayer games.

Experience with GPU/CPU optimization, draw calls, batching, overdraw, memory usage, and mobile rendering constraints.

Experience optimizing VFX, shaders, animations, and 3D assets for mobile platforms.

Key Duties:

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in assets, shaders, and rendering.

Optimize textures, models, animations, VFX, and other art assets for mobile devices.

Profile CPU/GPU performance and implement optimization solutions.

Develop tools and scripts to support efficient art pipelines.

-
Collaborate with artists and developers on performance best practices.

Provide technical guidance to the art team and maintain optimization guidelines.

Assist the development team with UI/UX-related programming tasks.
