UI/UX Designer (WFH)

About the job:
We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer who wants to grow their career by working on a real product from the ground up. As an early-stage startup, our journey requires dedication, adaptability, problem-solving, and a strong sense of responsibility. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and development team, contribute your ideas, and take ownership of your designs.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design user-friendly and visually appealing website interfaces using Figma

2. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs

3. Design book pages, author profiles, reader profiles, review sections, and other platform features

4. Conduct basic user research and improve designs based on user feedback

5. Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively

6. Maintain consistent design systems, typography, colors, and layouts

7. Take responsibility for assigned tasks and deliver them within agreed deadlines

8. Contribute creative ideas to improve the overall product and user experience
