UGC Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a seasoned UGC Affiliate Manager to build a community of creators and customer fans who share real product content and earn commissions on the sales they bring in. You will run our affiliate program outside TikTok Shop, working with partners on Instagram, YouTube, blogs, and creator communities.

What you will do

• Find and recruit UGC creators, micro-influencers, and happy customers who fit the Hoolest brand

• Build simple, repeatable outreach and onboarding steps for new affiliates

• Set up affiliate links, discount codes, and commissions on our affiliate platform

• Send product samples and share product info, content ideas, and promo materials

• Plan campaign calendars that keep affiliates posting regularly

• Give affiliates feedback to improve their content and sales

• Grow top performers and win back promising inactive affiliates

• Track sales, commissions, program costs, and partner retention

• Work with the TikTok Affiliate Manager on creators who post across channels

• Flag great affiliate content for marketing use and coordinate permissions with the Influencer UGC Manager

• Make sure all content follows our approved product messaging and disclosure rules

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ambassador programs, creator partnerships, or community-led growth

• Experience managing affiliate links, codes, commissions, and performance reports

• Proven record of turning recruited partners into active, productive affiliates

• Understanding of how real creator content drives direct-to-consumer sales

• Strong outreach, relationship-building, and writing skills

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and affiliate platforms

• Excellent written English and ability to work across time zones

Nice to have

• Experience building an affiliate or ambassador program from the early stage

• Experience with wellness, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands

• Familiarity with customer advocacy programs and creator communities
