Trust Accounting Specialist (AppFolio or Rentvine Experience Required)

ProfitCoach is actively hiring experienced Trust Accounting Specialists with hands-on AppFolio or Rentvine experience to join our U.S. property management accounting team.

This is a full-time, long-term remote role supporting property management companies with daily trust accounting, bank reconciliations, and financial operations.

Ideal Start Date: Immediately

Hours of Work: Hourly, anticipated 40 hours/week

Compensation: $8-$11/hour

Status: Full-time position

Responsibilities:

Manage daily trust accounting in AppFolio and Rentvine

Process AP/AR, tenant charges, credits, and owner adjustments

Prepare owner statements and review management fees

Handle bank reconciliations and troubleshoot issues

Process vendor payments and manage security deposits

Communicate clearly with U.S. clients

Follow SOPs and maintain accurate records

Minimum Requirements:

AppFolio and/or Rent experience (required) — real-world, not just training

Accounting background or strong understanding of accounting principles

Strong English writing skills

Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills

High attention to detail and problem-solving

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work U.S. hours (partial MST/CST/EST overlap)

Preferred:

Property management accounting experience

Bank reconciliation experience

Google Suite experience

Rentvine experience (bonus)
