Treasury Analyst I- Remote
Overview
We are seeking to fill the role of Treasury Analyst I. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.
Responsibilities
• Review and monitor wire transfers for accuracy and completion.• Enter wire transfers and monitor/distribute workflow received.• Work closely with internal business units to resolve wire transfer issues.• Monitor, record, and report all wire transfer-related issues to Treasury Manager.• Operate the wire database system to load bulk wire files into bank platforms.• Assist in bank account administration in banking portals.• Review and upload ACH and Check Issue Files.• Decision ACH and Check Positive Pay Items in multiple banking portals.• Review transactions to identify phishing and/or other possible fraud.• Troubleshoot issues related to Treasury issues with our external banking partners. • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.• 1+ year of experience in accounting, banking operations or finance.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including basic spreadsheet functions and formatting.• Ability to quickly learn new systems.• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.• Self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines.• Excellent skills in analysis, research, interpretation, and decision-making to resolve complex issues.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.• Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.• Ability to interact confidently with all levels of management and project a polished, professional image.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Wire transfer experience.

Compensation Range: $20.43 - $34.28 per hour. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
