Tow truck Dispatcher with Experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tow Truck and Roadside Assistance Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate towing requests and roadside assistance services, ensuring that customers receive prompt, safe, and efficient support whenever they need help on the road.

Requirements
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing and roadside assistance services.
- Collect essential customer information, including location, vehicle type, and the specific assistance required, such as towing, jump-starts, tire changes, lockout services, or fuel delivery.
- Dispatch the appropriate tow trucks or roadside assistance technicians based on the customer’s needs and location.
- Monitor the status of dispatched jobs and provide customers with timely updates on service progress and estimated arrival times.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with tow truck operators and roadside technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Accurately record customer calls, service requests, dispatch details, and job updates in the dispatch system.

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally while providing appropriate assistance and solutions.
- Coordinate with team members and field personnel to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of service requests.
- Follow established dispatch procedures and company policies to maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
