About the job:
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Telecaller to join our team at REPUTE MEDIA GROUP. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to pitch our services and generate leads.

2. Handle inbound calls from existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.

3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in MS-Excel.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

5. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse client base.

6. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.

7. Continuously learn and improve your sales techniques to achieve individual and team goals.
