About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products or services

2. Handle inbound calls and provide information to customers regarding our offerings

3. Maintain a database of customer information using MS-Excel

4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

5. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company

6. Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and improve our services

7. Fluent in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
