Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, resolving complex issues and ensuring smooth operation of our systems.

2. Develop and maintain API integrations to enhance our product offerings and streamline processes.

3. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot backend issues and optimize system performance.

4. Utilize Java programming skills to enhance and customize our software solutions.

5. Use MS Excel proficiency to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making processes.

6. Mentor junior technical support specialists and guide best practices and industry trends.

7. Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.

8. Diagnose and troubleshoot user-reported technical issues regarding learning portal access and labs.

9. Resolve technical bugs in coordination with internal engineering and product teams.

10. Maintain system status knowledge bases and write technical troubleshooting guides.
