Technical Sales Manager - Data Centre
About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded sales professional tosupport ourgrowth in the fast-expanding Data Centre market. Reporting to the Regional Field Sales Manager, you will focus primarily on the UK and Ireland, with additional coverage across the Nordics, whileworkingwith colleagues across Europe tobroadenour reach and impact.
This is astrong opportunityfor someone who enjoys consultative selling, buildingrelationships, and engagingwith customersearly in the design and decision-making process. You willhelpdevelop ecosystem partnerships,increasevisibility withinmajorData Centre opportunities, andsupportgo-to-marketactivitythatcontributes tosustainable revenue growth and market share.
You will actively lead in prospecting, pipeline generation, forecasting, and business development through direct engagement with Data Centre owners, operators, installers, and integrators, as well as through channel partners, consultants, and partner vendors.
The rolewould suit someone who is organised,proactive, relationship-focused, and motivated by growth. You willhave the opportunityto manage priorities, strengthen partnerrelationships, and build long-term customer relationships that support customer success and commercial results.
TherolewillfocusprimarilyonWhite Spacesolutions fromFluke Networks,with additional opportunity inGrey Spaceapplications usingFluke Industrial Advanced Diagnostic Tools, includingPower Quality Monitoring, Thermal Imaging, Acoustic Imaging,and Process Tools.Asrecognised brand leaders, Fluke is well positioned to help customers improve performance, reliability, and efficiency. A proven track record within Enterprise, CoLo, or Hyperscale Data Centre environments is essential, as is the ability to form relevantrelationships and develop new opportunities.
What you will do

Develop andsupporta proactive territory plan toimprovecoverage, account penetration, and growthacrosspriority Data Centre accounts.

Create end-user demand by working with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify and develop new opportunities.

Build strong customer relationships, maintainmarketvisibility, and identify new business opportunities directly and through partners.

Manage and support distributor partners, develop business plans and drive to targets.

PromoteFluke products through relationship-building, training, marketingactivity, customersupport, and end-user engagement.

Develop into a trustedlocal authorityforFluke products, solutions, and applicationswithin the Data Centre market.

Workwith sales and marketingcolleaguesto prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, host and present seminars, andsupport bothstrategiccustomer projectsandday-to-day customerneeds.

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage and grow the sales pipeline through consistent prospectand customerfollow-up.

Combine technical knowledge withclearcommunication to position Fluke solutionseffectively.

Work remotely from a home office whiletravellingto customer sites within the territory.

Build and maintainpositiverelationships across the Data Centreecosystem, includingend users, installers, consultants, partner manufacturers,industry influencers, and relevantorganisations.

Leverageinternal Fluke support teams tosupportmarket growth and customer success.
