Get to Know the Opportunity
The Delivery Manageris responsible forenabling successful execution of complex, cross-team and cross-department technology initiatives within Enterprise Data Management (EDM) that extend beyond the scope of a single agile team. The Delivery Manager ensures execution decisions are grounded in downstream consumer needs, business value, and broader enterprise outcomes. This roleoperatesat the intersection of product, engineering, and execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and creating the structure needed to deliver outcomes at scale, whether EDM owns the full scope of work or contributes as part of a broader enterprise effort.
The Delivery Manager connects work across teams, surfacing risks, dependencies, and key decision points early to ensure initiativesremainaligned to business priorities and technical realities. This role serves asa central pointof coordination, helping teams navigate complexity,maintainmomentum, and operate with clarity as work progresses.
Success in this role requires strong critical thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to understand enough about the work to challenge assumptions, connect dependencies,anticipaterisks, and drive clarity.The Delivery Manager brings a structured, outcome-oriented approach—aligning teams, anticipating challenges, andenabling effective progress without unnecessary overhead.

Own delivery coordination for Enterprise Data Management (EDM) deliverables within larger-scale, cross-team, and cross-department initiativesthat require orchestration beyond an individual team’s scope.

Define andmaintainclarity on scope, milestones, sequencing, dependencies, anddeliveryhealth to ensure aligned execution.

Lead cross-team coordination, ensuring dependencies are activelymanagedand work progresses in line with agreed priorities.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Scrum Masters, PMO, IT partners, and business stakeholders to align execution plans and resolve gaps in priorities, ownership, or expectations.

Identifydelivery risks early and drive resolution, escalating when needed to prevent impacttotimelines or outcomes.

Ensure initiative scope and upcoming work are defined early and accurately reflected in team-level planning and PI commitmentsand remain aligned to business priorities and technical constraints as execution evolves.

Drive alignment across teams when priorities, sequencing, or decisions are unclear or in conflict.
