Technical Account Manager (US-based, remote in a ET, CT or MT timezone)
About the Role
This is one of the highest-impact roles in our business, as our growth in the US market continues to accelerate. You need to be US-based, in a CT, ET or MT timezone.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the revenue performance, retention, and long-term success of a portfolio of strategic event organizer partners.
You’ll operate as a technical and strategic advisor, helping organizers grow their events, optimize operations, and extract maximum value from Let’s Do This. This includes shaping multi-quarter strategies, delivering data-driven insights, and influencing how leading events operate across the industry.
You will operate in an AI-first way, using AI tools to scale your impact, deliver deeper insights, and enable organisers to run more efficient, self-sufficient operations.
This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role — you’ll be expected to be able to troubleshoot, assess impact and importance in order to operate with urgency, and to build deep relationships and show up when it matters most (including onsite at events).
