We’re a US real estate investment team hiring a Sales VA.

What you’ll do:

Answer calls from US landowners and buyers, and find answers quickly using our systems

Handle questions and objections smoothly while keeping the conversation natural

Follow up by phone, text, and email , using tools to work faster without losing the personal touch

Keep CRM records accurate, organized, and updated in real time

You’re a fit if you:

Speak and write clear, natural English

Enjoy learning new software, including AI tools

Can talk and type at the same time without losing focus

Notice when a caller is frustrated and slow down

Have reliable internet with a backup connection, a headset, and a quiet workspace

Can work 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

What we offer:

Rate: TBD, based on experience

Full-time, fully remote, long-term
