Seeking Experienced System Administrator for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing systems to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with other IT functions as needed.

- Install, operate, manage, and maintain hardware and software systems, including administrator and service accounts.

- Maintain system documentation and perform performance tuning, backup and recovery procedures, and planned configuration changes.

- Interact with users and stakeholders to plan and implement system changes and provide ongoing support.

- Evaluate and recommend vendor products and solutions.

- Manage and monitor policies and standards for the use of computing resources.

- Execute programs and projects within a specific IT function.

- Provision and manage enterprise infrastructure components including servers, networks, databases, storage, virtualization platforms, data centers, backup systems, and data extraction solutions.

Technical Skills Required:

- English Advacned - b2+

- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent as defined by applicable regulations).

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of industry best practices in systems administration.

- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP).

- Broad understanding of project management principles.

Location & Schedule:

- Remote work from Mexico

- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

- Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
