We are seeking a Supply Chain / Manufacturing Controller to join the Turbocell Team, working directly withthe Chief Financial Officer, and focusing on cost and margin visibility across our power generation equipment business—from raw material and component sourcing through production, inventory, and delivered cost.

This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:

Cost & Product Costing

- Own standard costing, bill of materials (BOM) and routing accuracy, and periodic cost revaluation across product lines.

- Maintain accurate product costing, ensuring standard costs, cost roll-ups, and cost drivers reflect current BOMs, routings, and overhead rates.

- Analyze and explain manufacturing variances—purchase price, material usage, labor, and overhead absorption.

- Analyze product-level profitability and cost-to-serve to inform pricing and portfolio decisions.

- Calculate and monitor landed and delivered cost, including freight, duties, and tariffs.

Cost Savings & Productivity

- Define, track, and report cost-savings and productivity measures across manufacturing and supply chain—establishing the methodology, baselines, and targets and holding the organization accountable to them.

- Partner with Operations and Procurement to identify, quantify, and validate cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities.

- Build and maintain gross-margin, unit-cost, and productivity KPIs by product and production line.

- Support capacity, capital expenditure, and tooling investment decisions with clear ROI analysis.

Inventory & Physical Inventory

- Manage inventory accounting, cycle counts, excess & obsolete (E&O) reserves, and physical-to-book reconciliation.

- Plan and lead quarter-end and year-end physical inventory counts and audits with Operations, and ensure results are accurately reflected in the books.

- Monitor inventory levels, turns, and provisions, and flag risks and opportunities early.

Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics & Planning

- Partner with Procurement on vendor pricing, cost-down initiatives, and make-versus-buy analysis, and provide financial support to supplier negotiations and long-lead and commodity purchase decisions.

- Own the cost and performance visibility of logistics—inbound and outbound freight, warehousing, and distribution—and drive logistics cost-reduction opportunities.

- Partner with Operations and Sales on demand and supply planning (S&OP), translating the demand plan into financial forecasts for production, inventory, and cost.

- Model the P&L and working-capital impact of sourcing, safety stock, and lead-time changes.

Accounting Collaboration & Controls

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accurate COGS, inventory, and margin reporting under U.S. GAAP.

- Collaborate with Accounting on fixed asset matters relevant to manufacturing—how assets are capitalized, how they are consumed (depreciation/usage), and inventory revaluation—ensuring cost and asset treatment stay aligned.

- Develop and strengthen internal controls over inventory, receiving, and production reporting to minimize risk.

Reporting & Digitalization

- Build and automate scalable manufacturing and cost reporting and dashboards, reducing manual effort and improving financial visibility.

- Contribute manufacturing and cost requirements to the NetSuite implementation, and act as a driver of digitalization across the finance and operations interface.

- Own master data management for cost-relevant data—items, BOMs, routings, cost centers, and vendors—ensuring data integrity, governance, and consistency across systems.
