Strategy Execution & Delivery Effectiveness Lead - Remote
Reporting to the EVP of Infrastructure Platforms and Operational Resiliency, this executive is an enterprise orchestrator and strategic integrator. This leader is not directly responsible for individual portfolios, projects, or platform teams. However, they are accountable for the collective success of these teams by shaping operating rhythms, ensuring cohesion, and ensuring performance transparency. Additionally, they guide both teams and senior leaders toward unified enterprise outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate as the enterprise integrator in globally federated organization.
- Be accountable for the success of enterprise projects and platforms delivered through influence and cohesion across teams that don't directly report into this role.

- Enterprise Portfolio Performance & Strategic Insight
- Guide visibility, understanding, and governance across Experian 's global portfolio of enterprise projects, platforms, and transformation programs.
- Provide clear synthesis, risk signals, and performance insights to the EVP and senior leadership across regions and teams.
- Ensure enterprise portfolios are advancing against strategic goals, removing obstacles and ensuring teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
- Establish and maintain operating mechanisms that unify decentralized delivery teams around performance and reporting expectations.
- Connect and coordinate projects that span multiple regions, teams, ensuring you manage interdependencies.
- Facilitate enterprise‑level planning cycles across independently operated teams to synchronize priorities and ensure execution across global operations.
- Be the enterprise point of orchestration for important cross‑regional efforts, ensuring integrated execution without impeding local autonomy.
- Strategic Enterprise Collaboration Partner with regional CEOs, team leaders, platform owners, and global technology teams to align priorities, share insights, and help unified delivery of enterprise goals.
- Create structures, forums, and leadership touchpoints that strengthen collaboration and accelerate decision‑making across Experian 's federated model.
