As Staff Software Engineer, DevOps, you’ll be responsible for establishing and employing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) patterns for successful software solutions.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Related Experience. You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience designing solutions to meet security and operational standards on AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud; authoring and administering IAM constructs to enforce least-privilege access and strengthen security compliance, including custom managed policies, inline policies, permission sets, permission boundaries, and Service Control Policies (SCPs); implementing observability and centralized logging stacks including Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana (ELK), Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki to support monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident response; building and deploying CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Travis CI to resolve build/release issues and standardize delivery workflows; developing and maintaining Kubernetes Helm charts and managing Kubernetes and Helm version upgrades across diverse environments; deploying and administering Rancher for Kubernetes cluster management, including access control (RBAC) configuration and cluster standardization; designing and implementing cloud cost optimization strategies using AWS Cost Explorer, billing reports, tagging based cost allocation, and Azure Cost Management, including analyzing cost and usage trends, allocating costs to teams/projects, identifying unused or underutilized resources, rightsizing, and optimizing autoscaling and scheduling; and implementing and automating Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)-driven provisioning and deployments using Terraform.
Education. Must hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. In addition to base salary, Conga neers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
Salary Range: $168,675.15 - $229,900.00/year.
