Radiology Partners has an open position for a Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Financial Officer and key members of the Finance & Accounting leadership team. This role serves as a trusted executive partner, combining exceptional execution with strong judgment, proactive anticipation and a deep understanding of executive and team priorities. The Senior Executive Assistant will work closely with leaders across Finance & Accounting and the broader organization to help manage priorities, improve executive and team effectiveness, and ensure critical work moves forward.

Success in this role requires someone who can operate independently, anticipate needs, connect dots across competing priorities, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Culture and teammate experience are an important part of this role. The ideal candidate will understand how the team operates and communicates and will help foster connection, recognition and engagement across a fast-paced Finance & Accounting organization.

Sr, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - POSITION SUMMARY:

- Provide comprehensive executive support and partnership to the Chief Financial Officer and key members of the Finance & Accounting leadership team, using sound judgment, discretion and independent decision making to advance executive and team priorities.

- Partner closely with the CFO to understand and manage priorities, workflows, leadership rhythms and executive readiness, anticipating needs and driving appropriate follow-through.

- Build strong relationships across Finance & Accounting and the broader organization, serving as a trusted connector and representative of the CFO and leadership team.

- Partner with the CFO and Finance & Accounting leaders to help foster a strong team culture, translating leadership priorities into meaningful opportunities for communication, connection, recognition and engagement.

- Schedule, organize, and/or coordinate meetings, events, appointments, travel arrangements, conferences, and activities as requested; ensure electronic calendar is coordinated and up-to-date.

- Prepare, reconcile, track, and submit expense reports as requested.

- Proactively anticipate the executives’ needs through analysis of schedules, meetings, key projects, and upcoming events, ensuring deadlines are met, necessary workbacks are scheduled, and efficient time management.

- Create and/or assist with creating presentations as requested or needed including charts, graphs, and/or gathering data.

- Compose and edit correspondence and/or memoranda from dictation, verbal direction or from knowledge of established departmental policies; may prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and/or minutes of meetings.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative/operational support of C-Level a
