We’re looking for a Senior Claims Examiner - Liability with proven expertise in handling complex liability claims to join our team!
✅ Licensing is required.
✅ Proven experience handling complex and large-loss construction defect liability claims.

🔍 Role Overview:
✅ Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex liability claims with a high degree of autonomy.
✅ Analyze coverage, determine liability, manage reserves, and negotiate claim settlements.
✅ Partner with defense counsel on litigated matters and support team development by conducting training and mentoring new hires.
