Position Summary:
- Provide advanced analytical and operational support for enterprise, broad-based, non-physician compensation programs across Mosaic and Radiology Partners .
- Support market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, incentives, reporting, and compensation data integrity.
- Analyze internal equity, market competitiveness, pay compression, geographic pay, and compensation trends to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with Total Rewards, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS, and business leaders to support competitive, equitable, and consistent pay practices.
- Support enterprise compensation initiatives while providing practical guidance aligned with compensation philosophy, policies, and governance.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field required with 5+ years of progressive compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related analytical experience.
- Experience with market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, compensation planning, internal equity, and compensation analytics.
- Strong analytical, modeling, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with advanced Excel and reporting experience.
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a multi-entity, matrixed, or growth-oriented organization; healthcare or physician practice experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, collaboration, customer service, and communication skills with experience using Workday, MarketPay, compensation surveys, or related tools preferred.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$115,500.00 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
