Job Description
About this role: The Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting will supporttechnicalaccounting researchanddocumentation,reviewcontracts to determine accounting treatment, andparticipate inSEC reporting and accountingcloseactivities. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to assess accounting implicationsand support compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements. The role reports to the Director,Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting.
Main Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions.

Prepare and maintain technical accounting position papers and memorandums.

Review customer, vendor, and other business contracts to determine appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with US GAAP.

Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process (journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, flux analysis etc.)

Partner with Legal, FP&A, Partner Alliance, Revenue and Sales Operations and other cross functional teams.

Assist with preparation of SEC filings,including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and Proxy.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures while maintaining SOX compliance.
Desired Skills and Experience:

5-7years total experiencein a public company accounting role,audit role at Big 4 public accounting firm, oracombination, including 2+years in a technical accounting role.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA license preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Copilot.

Proficiency using NetSuite inamulti-currency,multi-subsidiaryenvironment a plus.

Experience with Workiva SEC reporting tool a plus.

Ability to workeffectivelyunder pressurein a fast-paced environment and ability to work longer hours at quarter end.
