Spotify Non-Voice Support with Italian and English (Remote within Bulgaria) - Fi

What You'll Do (Non-Voice Support Only):

- Provide email and chat support (no phone calls!) to platform users

- Answer common "how-to" and FAQ-type questions

- Assist with account management and payment-related issues

- Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity

- Fixed Term Contract from 6th of November till 23rd of December

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in Italian (C1 level) and English (C1 level)

- Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

- Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker

- Excellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo

- A positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
