About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of special projects and help turn ideas into execution, working closely with the founder and coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

2. Special Projects: Plan, coordinate, and execute new initiatives from idea to launch.

3. Project Coordination: Manage timelines, tasks, follow-ups, and stakeholders.

4. Operations: Build processes, manage systems, and handle ongoing project operations.

5. Product Support: Coordinate launches, content, marketing, and user/customer operations.

6. Research: Research markets, competitors, tools, vendors, and business opportunities.

7. Problem Solving: Identify blockers, find solutions, and proactively move projects forward.

8. Founder Support: Turn high-level ideas into actionable plans and execute them.
