Growth Associate (GTM-US) (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Help build ExpandAcross's US GTM engine across prospecting, content, outreach, sales systems, and automation.

2. GTM Systems: Set up and maintain CRM, lead databases, prospecting tools, and sales workflows.

3. GTM Automation: Build automated workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, outreach, follow-ups, and reporting.

4. Prospecting: Research ICPs, identify prospects, and build targeted lead lists.

5. LinkedIn: Content creation, audience growth & lead generation.

6. Outbound Email: Campaign setup, personalization, automation & follow-ups.

7. Reddit & Communities: Identify relevant conversations and leads.

8. Content & Blogs: Research, create, and repurpose content.

9. Inbound: Capture, qualify, and route incoming leads.

10. Analytics: Track funnel performance, test channels, and improve conversion.

You will be expected to research, write, prospect, send emails, engage on LinkedIn and Reddit, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and learn what actually produces customers. If you enjoy building things from scratch and experimenting with new ways to find customers, this role could be a great fit.

- 9. We are more interested in someone smart, curious, resourceful, and willing to learn. This is a hands-on execution role. We are not looking for someone who only wants to "do marketing" or "do sales."
