We are looking for a highly resourceful and creative Headhunter/Talent Research Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at finding exceptional talent in unconventional ways, especially for hard-to-fill roles. You should be naturally curious, analytical, and persistent.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates across multiple industries and functions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find talent beyond traditional channels
- Use logic, research, and data to uncover new talent pools and sourcing methods
- Tackle hard-to-fill roles by thinking creatively and exploring non-obvious candidate paths
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring challenges

Requirements
- Proven ability to find candidates for difficult or niche roles

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for uncovering hidden talent
- Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, etc.)
- Ability to think outside the box and try unconventional approaches
- Excellent research and investigative skills
- Strong communication and outreach abilities
- Experience in agency or in-house recruiting (nice to have)
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, etc.) (nice to have)
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments (nice to have)
